Psilocybin Facilitation
There comes a moment when the familiar ways of living no longer feel aligned, when something inside begins to stir and asks to be met with honesty, tenderness, and courage.
Psilocybin invites us into that threshold.
Pathways of possibility, remembrance, insight, and connection may open allowing for a deeper sense of support and trust in your own inner wisdom and the natural intelligence that moves through life.
These sessions are offered within Oregon’s legal psilocybin framework and held with presence, reverence, and relational care.
Preparation, ceremony, and integration form one continuous movement of coming home to yourself.

Preparation:
Before entering the ceremonial space, we begin by listening. Preparation creates the foundation for clarity, steadiness, and trust, both relational and legal.
Together, we explore:
-
What is calling for attention or change
-
Your intentions and inner questions
-
Emotional and relational themes
-
Your lived experiences, thresholds, and longings
-
What feels supportive and what does not
During preparation, we also complete all OHA-required compliance steps.
This includes reviewing state documents, safety guidelines, consent forms, service agreements, and discussing all required protocols for licensed psilocybin facilitation in Oregon.
These conversations are woven into a spacious and legally supportive process,so the framework holds you rather than overwhelms you.
Preparation sessions are steady, grounded, and open.
They support you in meeting yourself with clarity and presence.
Preparation begins with listening.
OHA Compliance & Safety
Oregon’s licensed psilocybin framework includes several required steps to ensure clarity, safety, and informed consent.
These steps are part of every preparation phase and include:
-
Reviewing the Client Bill of Rights
-
Service agreements and informed consent
-
Safety screenings and required disclosures
-
Discussing transportation and after-session support
-
Clarifying the roles of facilitator, client, and service center
-
Understanding the limits of the work (non-medical, non-clinical)
-
Reviewing the OHA’s rules around dosage, protocols, and safety
These requirements are approached slowly and thoughtfully, integrated into our conversations rather than treated as a checklist.
They create a structure that supports both your autonomy and your experience.
Ceremony:
Ceremony is a structured, intentional space for exploring your inner experience in relationship with the wider web of life. The space is held with grounded presence, consent, and respect.
As a licensed facilitator, I companion you in a non-directive way, supporting autonomy, choice, and pacing throughout the session.
Ceremonial sessions may include:
-
Psilocybin services provided in accordance with Oregon regulations
-
An intentionally prepared setting
-
Optional soundwork and intuitive vocal presence
-
Steady, consent-based companioning as experience unfolds
-
Space for stillness, silence, and direct experience
Many people experience these sessions as meaningful and clarifying, with room to reconnect to what matters most.
Integration:
Integration is where the experience becomes part of your life , woven into your days, relationships, choices, and ways of being. It is the phase where insights are met with presence, where meaning takes shape, and where life itself becomes the ongoing ceremony.
Integration sessions offer space to:
-
Reflect on what emerged and how it moves within you now
-
Explore emotions, images, memories, or openings that resurfaced
-
Notice what feels clarified or newly possible
-
Reconnect with body-based awareness, intuition, and natural rhythm
-
Identify practices, rituals, or nature-based companions that support your unfolding
This stage honors that what happens in ceremony continues to evolve long after the experience ends.
Integration is not an afterthought, it is the heart of the work.
This is where inner shifts deepen through lived experience, choice-making, relational awareness, and the rhythms of your daily life.
To strengthen this phase, I am currently enrolled in the Advanced Integration Nature Connection Coaching Training with the Earth-Based Institute, a program that deepens my capacity to companion clients in weaving their psilocybin experience into grounded, meaningful, life-honoring pathways. This approach supports integration that is somatic, ecological, and rooted in the wider web of life.
Integration honors the truth that the ceremony continues, in your breath, your relationships, your belonging, and your becoming.
Reciprocity, Lineage & Monthly Giving
Psilocybin has ancient origins of intimate, reverent connection and relationship, held, honored with great respect by Indigenous peoples across the world.
While Oregon’s program is secular and regulated, this work carries an ethical responsibility to honor where these medicines come from.
In reciprocity and respect:
-
A portion of monthly income is donated to organizations supporting Indigenous land stewardship, mushroom cultural keepers, and ethical medicine lineage projects.
-
This is one way to honor the lineages, lands, and communities that have protected and carried this wisdom.
Reciprocity is a living part of this work.
Accessibility & Reduced Rates
To support accessibility:
-
One client every other month may qualify for a reduced-rate facilitation session of $444.
-
The facilitation fee can be lowered, though service center rental rates remain fixed unless the center offers its own scholarship or alternative agreement.
-
Reduced-rate sessions are offered to individuals facing financial hardship, end-of-life conditions, or significant life transitions.
This is one way to widen the doorway of access and keep the work grounded in community care.

A Reverent Practice
This work is held with great honor, respect and gratitude for Indigenous Wisdom Keepers and Plant Allies. For centuries, Indigenous cultures have worked with psilocybin-containing mushrooms as sacred medicine, using it to guide souls, heal emotional wounds, and connect to the divine.
In honoring these traditions, I approach every session with humility, care, and a commitment to ethical practice. By integrating ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques, we create a bridge between worlds—honoring the past while navigating the present.
The Science Behind Psilocybin
Psilocybin is the naturally occurring compound found in certain mushrooms. After ingestion, the body converts psilocybin into psilocin, the active molecule that interacts with serotonin receptors in the brain. Psilocin temporarily increases communication between brain regions that don’t usually connect, often creating a state of expanded awareness and new perspectives.
Current research from institutions such as Johns Hopkins, NYU, and UCSF shows that psilocybin may support people experiencing depression, end-of-life distress, existential anxiety, and certain forms of grief. Studies suggest that psilocybin quiets the brain’s “default mode network”, the area involved in looping thoughts, while increasing emotional openness, flexibility, and a sense of connection.
While research is ongoing and no outcomes are guaranteed, these findings help explain why psilocybin experiences can feel meaningful or clarifying for many people, especially when prepared for and integrated with care.
Oregon’s licensed psilocybin program draws from this growing body of knowledge, offering a regulated, non-medical setting for individuals to explore psilocybin in a safe, supported, and intentional environment.
What to Expect
1. Preparation (2 Sessions)
We’ll begin by creating a foundation of trust and your intentions. Together, we’ll explore your aims, address concerns, connect, clarify set and setting, go over OHA Requirements and prepare your heart and mind for the journey in a soulful way.
2. The Journey (Low, Medium or High Dose Options)
Your facilitation will be held at a licensed psilocybin service center. You will choose and book a room at the center prior to your session. Payment for the room and the mushrooms will be paid through the service center while facilitation fees will be paid directly to me via check or cash. The space will be curated based upon your choices and preferences during your preparation sessions. The wisdom of the medicine and your innate intelligence act as your primary guides through the entire psilocybin journey. I will be with you the whole way through as your facilitator. I offer a non-directive, companion based approach.
3. Integration (3+ Sessions Post Journey)
After the session, we’ll work together to process your experience and integrate the teachings you receive into your life. This step ensures that the transformation becomes a lasting part of your journey. I offer and encourage three integration sessions for clients. More may be scheduled at anytime. The first integration session will be held within the first two weeks post journey day.
