Body-Oriented Coaching is a collaborative practice that invites you to slow down and listen to your inner experience as it lives in your body.
Together, we orient toward what is present—sensations, breath, emotion, and subtle inner signals—allowing understanding and movement to arise naturally. This work honors the body as an intelligent participant in your life, capable of showing what matters when given time and attention.
What brings people to this work

This approach meets both those new to somatic work and those already familiar with body-based practices.
Embodied listening
At the heart of this work is embodied listening—a way of turning toward your experience with curiosity and care.
Rather than pushing for insight or resolution, we make room for what is already here. Sensations, emotions, images, uncertainty, and even moments of blankness or resistance are welcomed as meaningful expressions of your inner world.
You are not asked to change how you feel.
You are invited to notice, to sense, and to keep gentle company with your experience.
Often, when the body feels met in this way, something begins to shift on its own.
How sessions unfold
Sessions begin by arriving—settling into the body and orienting to what feels most present for you in that moment. We may notice physical sensations, emotional tones, images, or a whole sense of something that hasn’t yet found words.
I offer simple reflections and questions to support your own listening, always guided by your pace, your consent, and what feels manageable. Silence, pauses, and not-knowing are welcomed as part of the process.
You don’t need prior experience with somatic practices. We begin exactly where you are.
A companioning approach
This work is rooted in companioning rather than directing.
You remain the authority on your experience. I walk alongside you, offering presence, attunement, and care rather than interpretation or advice.
There is space here for complexity, uncertainty, and contradiction. Nothing needs to be forced or resolved for the work to be meaningful. Being met with steadiness and respect is often what allows new understanding to emerge.
What to expect
Sessions are consent-based, relational, and responsive. We move slowly enough to support presence and choice. You are always welcome to pause, redirect, or name what you need.
We listen together—allowing your experience to unfold in its own way and time.
