Soul Doula Healing Arts
There are ways of tending that move beyond words.
This work offers a space to slow down and listen through the body, the breath, and the subtle field of experience.
These sessions support times of change, grief, illness, and inner transformation, as well as moments when something within is ready to shift or be met.
You do not need to have language for what is happening.
You are welcome as you are.
What These Sessions May Support
• Grief, loss, and life transitions
• Psilocybin preparation and integration
• Emotional overwhelm or fatigue
• Disconnection from body or self
• Unprocessed or lingering experiences
• Spiritual inquiry or ancestral connection
This work is not about fixing.
It supports your system in reorganizing and integrating.
How We Work Together
Sessions are shaped in real time through presence, consent, and pacing.
You may be resting, seated, or gently moving.
Sessions may include:
• Energywork
• Sound and vocal toning
• Ritual
• Breath awareness and nervous system support
• Subtle movement and body-based practices
• Conscious dying practices
• Voice and expression
• Creative visioning and dream exploration
• Ancestral or lineage-oriented healing
• Silence and deep presence
You are always in choice.
Conscious Dying Practices
These practices explore how we relate to letting go.
Working with the elements, earth, water, fire, air, and ether, we begin to notice where we hold and how we soften.
This work is not only for the end of life.
It is for anyone living through change.
Voice and Sound
Sound can move what words cannot.
• Emotional expression
• Regulation and grounding
• Connection within the body
There is no right way to sound.
Ancestral Healing
Sessions may open space to acknowledge ancestral patterns and deeper lineages of belonging.
This is approached with care and your full choice.
Integration and Support
These sessions can stand alone or be woven into ongoing care.
They often support:
• Psilocybin work
• Grief tending
• Life transitions
• Death companioning
Integration begins within the session itself.
